Something that’s worth knowing is the turbo company recommended using 5/40 oil not the standard 5/30 |

If you have to pay a garage to pull the engine and recon the turbo's it's probably an expensive exercise for many who never have any issue with the stock turbo's Is the garage saying you need thicker oil for the uprated bearings or for the stock setup? 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322) |

Oil recommendation was for the modified units I didn’t go into the standard parts too much as they were being replaced |

I think if your turbos need replacement then the engine has to be removed, I couldn’t see a way to do the job without removing the engine |
