That sounds like the gearbox splash sheild resonating which is much more common tha engine mount failure. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322) |

Is that the silver cover on the underside of the transmission sump? If so it’s not that, I took it off recently it’s not misshaped or loose. It’s tight and not fouling on it.

Got the same resonance issue and can feel it on the floorplate…espedially when the torque converter is locked, under load…have you eventually replaced the mounts? |

Are the engine mount vacuum tubes still connected all the way to the mounts?

Theee is no mud and the tubes should be connected, I mean I was not able to check but there was absolutely no event justifying a discomnection. Could be split tubes though. Will definitely check. |
