Gearbox reset after service?

My garage reported the gearbox is leaking from the pan seal so the only remedy is a service kit of oil and new pan which I've booked for a gearbox specialist to do tomorrow.( This is PITA as I had the gearbox serviced last year Rolling Eyes) . Should I reset the gearbox afterwards with my GAP tool or just let it sort itself out ? 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

Only reset if you change solenoids 👍
