MOT woes!

Yesterday my RR was booked in for an MOT, after my recent run of minor niggles i was expecting the worst. Went to collect it today to be told it needed absolutely nothing doing do it! That in my book is a result!

However when i got home i noticed there was a slight burning smell coming from the rear o/s wheel area on inspection saw a little bit of smoke - Confused Now i putting this down to only just (yesterday) fitting new handbrake shoes and they are bedding in. I'll definately be keeping an eye on it, so this morning i've gone from happiness from news of mot to worry about the rear brakes Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

Does the hub feel excessively hot?

Did you adjust the HB after you fitted the shoes?

Problem solved! Chalk it up to experience. Lol
It's a simple fix. Mine were like that after I did mine. Jack up, wheel off, inspection cover off and a few turns on adjuster, bobs your uncle! [img]http://www.fuelly.com/driver/rob2529/range-rover[img/]

If something can't be fixed with a hammer....... You have yourself an electrical fault!
