United Kingdom 2016 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Corris Grey
P041C and P040D codes

2011 4.4TDV8 67k miles
A few things have cropped up after my oil cooler change. The codes are P041C and P040D codes which are exhaust gas recirculating temperature sensor B - circuit low and exhaust gas recirculating temperature sensor A - circuit high. It also fired up the restricted performance message but once cleared it seemed ok.

Any thoughts why these have cropped up? I did clean out the top plenum chamber which to be honest wasn’t that bad but never had these codes before.

Help appreciated as usual

Regards
Mark

According to Cam tec Craig, it will affect the dpf yes the car will still run ok? can you smell gases from the rear if so it may help to remove/reduce that, as in my post and others it can be done with care?
