The sliders are not really the problem on the rear callipers. It's the piston that gets seized.

Yeah I've checked them and they're nowhere near as hot as it was - both the rears are now the same 'warm' temperature. 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE - 'Black Betty'

Have you had the wheels checked in case one of them is slightly buckled ? |

Well, yes and no. They've been balanced and the tyres changed twice now and noone has said there's a problem.

I take it you have had all the suspension arms and bushes checked, the alignment will not necessarily pick this up if you have issues.. Pete

It has been at the specialist 3 or 4 times over the past month for various work and every time the vibration has been talked about.

JayGee - I believe that has all been done by the specialist as he was aware of the issue every time I went in. He stated he couldn't find any issues that would cause the vibration.

Swap wheels front to back, see if it moves to the steering axle

Pro-Grip in Falkirk have Hunter wheel alignment so they might have a hunter wheel balancer.
