Thanks for that. When the service indicator light comes on , I will check that they have the appropriate devices. Feel more confident now with oil dilution and still want to keep my car. |

Make sure you get a VAT receipt listing genuine filter and correct brand and grade of oil |

My advice is to ensure you have an official note in the OSH, unless you have a service log book that can be stamped?
