Took the throttle elbow off to clean the throttle plate but it was clean but nice to know so not a wasted exercise. Didn't manage to break the plastic connector on the coolant hose either but I can see how it's easily done. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

Based on the state of the throttle plate I'm now not so minded to remove the plenum for a very messy cleaning job. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)
