Short Service Intervals

Happy New Year All

My 4.4 litre 2013 Vogue SE seems to only be able to manage 5,000 miles before “service required” flashes up.

Have had the car since October 2020. Had a service when I purchased the car at 50,000 miles. Have had two more since now requires another at 64,000.

Anyone any idea why I am getting so few miles between services?

Oil Dilution from failed DPF regen most likely, I got hit by it for the first time this year also.
