2012 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4 V8 Santorini Black

Relay number 1 - Cigar Lighter

According to the internet, relay number 1 in the rear fuseboard is for the cigar lighter.

I checked mine just now and it was hot - ignition was off. Does the cigar lighter become live when the car is unlocked? Christian.
