Got a fault....just not sure where!

I got the dreaded red DPF full - Visit Dealer warning come up.

I connected my GAP IID Bt (with beta access) and checked the DPF soot level. It showed 2.1. Well, thought I, that's not full, what's going on.

Tried to force a regen, that shows the soot level as 0.0 so it won't force a regen!

Have I got a faulty sensor somewhere? Is my GAP IID faulty?

Any help gratefully accepted.

Wow that's an odd one.

Thinking out loud, the sensors should be giving the same reading right or wrong. i.e. your IIDTool should pick up the same as the dash.

I am wondering if this is a phantom red, possibly a battery issue. Have you had any DPF Full issues previously?

I have had issues before with the same readings.

No idea what's going on!
