Wheel and Tyre sizing

The new "take offs" from the L405 are 255/55/20 rather than 255/50/20 currently on my L322 has anyone been running these and are there any issues I need to be aware of other than the speedo being out a bit? Geoff

I've been running L405 255/55/20 take-offs for the last few weeks without issue. The difference calculates out to around 3.3% if I recall and only helps to bring the speedo reading a little closer to the truth. It still overstates the speed by 1 or 2 mph. Other than that no problems at all and no discernible difference in how the car accelerates or rides. 4.4 TDV8 Vogue Baltic Blue MY11

Just looking at options as its new tyre time. Checked out a local fitter and they are happy to fit and balance for £15 a corner so all options are open including web purchases. I am selling my garden feature anyway - original wheels that came with car. Geoff
