Thursday I had the exhaust repaired at the clamp above the Cat, the clamp had split and the exhaust was blowing so I took it to my local stainless steel exhaust manufacturer and he sorted it out by cutting the exhaust and unbolting the exhaust from the turbo, drilling out the seized bolts, fitting a new bracket and putting it all back together. Cheap repair at £50 compared to the price of a new silencer.

Ran full diagnostics on faults with my newly acquired RSW All Comms and identified a leaking suspension airbag, so the RAC paid for itself today! .

Pressure washed a ton of muck off the underside of the car, and gave it a good wash and polish - damn, what a fine looking car they are. A cup of tea or two later after admiring the results of my efforts, got the fair weather Michelin tyres taken off and put the Pirelli Ice & Snow tyres on ready for another winter... just now watch for the mildest winter in years Range Rover TDV8 Vogue SE |
