First serious wash and interior valet. Discovered that (a) it's probably in better nick that I dared hope and (b) the previous owner either had a Teletubby fetish or had indeed been carrying children at least once, despite his earlier protestations...

The TV tuner is pants for that. Everywhere you go, it autotunes. and any presets I've saved never get saved, and it seems to default to "manual" rather then "auto" Got - 2017 SDV8 Autobiography in Loire Blue

Have now read the manual, and found that it's really very simple to arrange your presets in any order you like. In fact, it works the same in principle as every car radio I've ever had (well, all of those that had presets, anyway), starting with some ancient Blaupunkt object in my Wolseley 16/60. Tune, press, hold, let go. How hard can it be. Got back from airport after two weeks away, went in taxi because of stories on here re battery failures. RR was waiting on the drive when I got home. I jumped in started first time and went to work.

Went to Barbados (cos they drive on the left) and hooked up with some of your protestant northern neighbours - one thing all you Irish have in common is a liking for drink - something that I seem to like as well, so we had a ball!
