On the weekend, having only had my FFRR for a week, I decided to do a trial fit up of the caravan, electric brake controller and lights test. It all went well some light circuits not working and over the last couple of nights been trying to figure out what the genius auto electrician actually did.

Thanks Jake, others have said the same but SWMBO insisted that it be this way. Triple bunks at rear for Billy lids and enough space inside to sit us all down. Plus shower/toilet separately as well a "must have" I am told.

I fitted the rubber strips round the rear wheel arches to protect them (thanks Dan) not much damage to date surprisingly but I applied a bit of Kurust and liberal Dinitrol just for good measure and also got the front underwing splashguards to fit better. I also refitted the rear bumper which was not on straight 5 or more mm out in fact, its better but still not perfect.

Replaced the entire rear window wiper. The one that was on was more or less completely seized due to lack of use because rear wiper motor was humped.

After extracting the FFRR from a block of ice, took an early morning trip up the M3 to Heathrow to drop son off to go to the USA.
