Northern Ireland 2010 Range Rover Autobiography 5.0 SC V8 Java Black

Got it connected to testbook for the first time, delighted when no faults present & no faults logged popped up on the screen, green ticks throughout. The Tech was astonished and claimed this was a first in his experience!

Silly grin stuck to face all day, then checked MPG average, not so smug now Big Cry Should've been old enough to know better...doh!

Spent all day moving horses. Strange thing is that my trailer wiring loom seems to be playing up. It is a LR one but was not deactivating the parking sensors - infernal beep beep beep. Lost the venture cam on the first journey only to find it on return - oh and sliced my finger getting too it.....

Scotland 2014 Range Rover Vogue SDV6 Santorini Black

Finished my full, wheels off, Mr Muscle 'refurb' clean of the 4th and final alloy of the SC. Each wheel took about 2 to 3 hours! Done on separate days during the course of the week. Best results I've ever had using this, my tried and tested method.

Now have 4 'brand new' wheels. Sad/ OCD? Yes. Chuffed? Delighted to have 4 wheels that look like this/ well worth the effort!

Thumbs Up

United Kingdom 2010 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Ipanema Sand

Used the RR to drag some trees me and father felled up the road to a farm - fulfilling one of its original design specs from years ago...to double up as a tractor. Didn't even need to give it gas whilst in low range to get the trees moving. MY2010 TDV8 Vogue Ipanema Sand

Took the family from Glasgow to Inverness to visit the inlaws and had a day trip to Ullapool.

560 miles and this was the result.

Well got under her and de scaled all the sub frames and rusty bits treated with wurth rust converter and waiting for it to dry. Smile
Then will waxol her and get plenty into the chassis sections and underside ready for some bad weather.
Oh and put £100 of diesel in Rolling Eyes
Might do the waxol tomorrow and let the converter go off properly Cool
She should look tidy for the MOT in Dec. Wink

Hardly driven it recently. Just not needed it and have been commuting in the other car. Drove it a bit this weekend and reminded myself what a wonderful car it is.

New Vreds and tracking coming on Wednesday - exciting!
