Thanks for the reply. When you had yours done did you have tow assist and stability already on board or was it a app/software download?

Mine was £990 in March 2018. It is a dealer fit accessory so there should be a current LR accessory price list figure. There are enough stories of the deployable ones seizing that I would prefer the farmer's hitch one even without the price difference, though the farmer's hitch ones do still need to be kept very clean to go on and off quickly and easily, and there are additional security issues in that the bar could be removed easily if the pin can be withdrawn. I am going to be putting my deployable up for sale shortly. Everything apart from bolts and the reinforcement frame, which are about £200 I believe. Including Module / wiring / switch pack / bumper trims etc. Drop me a PM if you're interested. |
