Tdv8 3.6 injectors

Hi. Can anyone confirm if I have a fault code on no4 injector out of balance leak and there is no external leak as identified by restricted performance and iid tool. Can anyone confirm if iid tool sais cylinder 4 is that no4 as on decal cast on manifold ie aft offside cylinder.
