Hi everyone, I picked up a 2014 vogue se yesterday and uptown now I am very happy with it. The interior is very tidy and only let down by a tiny bit of chrome peeling from the thin surround on the cup holder

Mines peeling - identified by my wife who cut herself on it - and can confirm that it is indeed quite sharp. |

It certainly is sharp . I have managed to remove most of the loose chrome (its really easy to peel off ) so just need to get some of the chrome tape that Craig recommended

That’s the stuff… Sticks like the proverbial to a blanket so pull it nice and tight when you install it, so it doesn’t crease… 👍 |

Going to have a go this weekend, did you remove the console or do it in situ? Also I need to peel off all the loose chrome Paul

Watching with interest on this one. Unfortunately after all the fiddling about with the Rotary selector module my chrome surround is now also peeling and looking a little sorry for itself. (removal of cup holders a few times to release the gearbox)

Finally got round to having a go at this job. Not perfect but definitely better than before. May take the console out one day and have another go. Maybe see if it can be stripped down to the components?
