Try logging out and then logging back into the app. Sometimes it then gives you the option to renew the subscription.

I did a very similar thing, I emailed JLR customer service who cancelled my subscription.... which allowed me to take out another one including the tracker

Thanks for replies. I had no joy logging out and back in, i tried several times. Customers Services couldn't cancel the subscription because it was over 14 days. I escalated the issue but got no where.
