Part number confusion

Hi everyone,

just looking up the parts number for a towing subframe.
Found two numbers

VUB503960 and VUB000740

Can someone help which one I need?

2004 L322 4.4l V8 BMW engine

VUB503960 is the armature used from 2006MY onwards. You need VUB000740 for your 2004 L322.
