Don't know about these fancy new motors but with the L322 there is a volume limiting facility accessed via the audio setup. Could that be possible solution if it is set at a low level? John

It was one of my first thoughts that somehow I'd touched a setting deep in the menus somewhere but I couldnt find anything

I had the same volume maxing at 7 a few weeks ago. The technician suggested a reset of the infotainment system. This is done by physically pressing the volume button for 60 seconds! It worked. Also, he said that a reset is performed anyway after each car shutdown, when it enters sleep mode... |
