you can from CD's if you do have a CD player but not an iphone [afaik]....what about loading the 'tunes' onto a usb and leaving that connected.. ... - .- -.

Upload all your old stuff on the old iPhone to your iTunes library on your PC then down load the lot (inc the new music)onto a USB stick. You'll probably need 64Mb+ on the stick depending on your music library. Then shove the USB stick into the USB port.

That works indeed, or alternatively just leave it on the cloud and have it sync via you Apple ID. No more messing about with computers in the middle. It couldn’t be easier to switch phones, just log in with the existing Apple ID and it will download everything. |

I wrote on another thread is that the easiest thing is to equip yourself with an iPod classic (I have one dedicated for the fatty) and plug it in. The screen controls are excellent for selecting and searching and you don't have to worry about network connections or any of that stuff. The sound is pretty good, too! |
