2010 Switces

Hi all, i have just swap over my black spoke covers with the later silver ones on my steering wheel, on removing the air bag i have noticed that the 2010 switches have the same plugs apart from the 2010 have one more plug.
Now i was told that the 2010 switches do not work on the pre touch screen cars.
has any one ever tried the new switches as they have the same plugs and the same colour wires on them. V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.

ok, i got a chance to try the 2010 switches on my car, they have the same plugs and even the same colour wires but Crying or Very sad they dont work, none of the controls are recognised. i did have high hopes..well now i am looking for a black box that i came across on the internet some time ago, it took canbus commands and converted them into ibus commands, it was programmed by you pc to send a pre programmed ibus code went it see a canbus command. V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.
