Well the problem still exists... so today im checking the continuity of the wires from the abs sensors to the ABS control module ..to eliminate the possibility of a bad connection or broken/damaged wires ...wish me luck |

I forgot to mention that i have a speed sensor 'A' fault on the transmission. Which i presume is a knock on effect from the NSF abs fault |

Are you 100% certain that you fiited the correct sensor, they change over different years/models |

With a multimeter check out the resistance on the speed sensor and compare against the opposite one.

At least you can now discount the possibility of a duff or wrong sensor now

Is it a genuine sensor you’ve fitted? I only ask as I’ve had the wires round the wrong way on a Ford Focus rs one , or can you swap over left to right to try to eliminate other components. |

OK fixed!!!! I changed the wheel bearing and inner hub assembly.... the small brass tube in the ABS sensor (the tube the fixing bolt goes through to secure the sensor) was protruding so i took a file to it just to make it all level .... just ran it round the block and no more faults!!!!
