I happened to be in Buxton and found that an Auction was taking place today. Got the chance to look at this defender and was very impressed by the quality of the build.
It was estimated to fetch between £18 to £22k I didn't look in the engine bay or get under the car it was very wet at the time! https://www.handh.co.uk/auction/lot/lot-65...=2&g=1 I have tried to upload more images but for some reason it doesn't work.
