Urgent Help Required 09 Vogue Passenger door no Electrics

Hi, I am new to this forum and am in urgent need of help regarding my 2009 Vogue. The front passenger door has no electrics. It is locked shut and it will not unlock, the window will not work and the electric wing mirror will not work either.

Any help will be much appreciated. Somebody has told me that i May need to take the door card off the inside.

Many Thanks in advance

A little more info would help fella... Did this just happen overnight? Was there any symptoms leading unto this complete failure? Has it been in a bodyshop recently? Anywhere for any work recently? etc etc etc

Hi, thanks for quick reply. It has just been in LR for a service but no body work. It has just happened over night.

Somebody on another forum told me to come on here and he said it may be corrosion on the wire loom behind the a pillar. But as door is locked I can't get to it.

The only thing that i find is strange that the small led light in the door handle on the interior is still working. As far as i can tell, this is the only electric working in the door.

Have you checked for possible blown fuse?

May be different on later models but on mine Fuse # 24 in front (glovebox) fuses was the culprit.

Another thought if the fuses are all good is to disconnect the battery for 30mins or so and see if its just needs a reset... Thumbs Up

Fuses are all good. Haven't unplugged battery yet. Will give this a go.
