Looks like they are split rim with a locking ring. Never seen those ones before.

Looks like a LWB so even harder to drive off road!

The add says set up for touring which here in Oz would mean dragging a caravan around over vast distances. It has the rear cargo area fitted with slider boxes, an electric brake controller required here to tow anything more than 750kg. Also the roof racks and the side awning that's a must-have here in Oz. I have tried to find the wheels for sale with no luck, they look to be bead lockers but there are so many just for show its hard to say 2007 TDV8 VSE
