Both front seats squeak when you move about on them. On investigation it's not the seats but side trims with all the adjusters on, you can just get hold of them and wiggle them about and they squeak (a lot). Anyone experienced this and probably more to the point has anyone got a cure?
It's not a big deal but it;'s getting increasingly irritating now I've noticed  Geoff

A bit of cloth wedged down the gap does the trick - just stop the 2 surfaces rubbing against eachother

you could spray some silicon lubricate down there... ... - .- -.

Thanks for the suggestions guys,
I drove to work today in a squeak free world. Just carefully stuffed half of what I believe used to be called a "J-Cloth" into the crevice (so to speak) between the plastic and the leather it has disappeared and so has the squeak. I might try the silicon spray on the passenger side but am not sure what exactly to use.
I also noted that one on the screws is missing so I might take the panel off and see if I can't do something "nicer".
