Check alternator output, earth straps to body (not battery terminal ends) and interrogate any fault codes Gone to a good home: 2011 4.4 TDV8 Vogue SE Buckingham Blue with Ivory and clear glass = "Rory"

Thanks for the replies guys. They kept the battery terminals live when they did the switch over by hooking a backup battery to the leads, but then it was just a straight in and out swap. Nothing was reset as such.

I have just had a diagnostics run at my local garage and they say that the dash pack has failed and only Land Rover can fix it. Has anyone any ideas on this? |

I would be tempted to do a "power down reset" IE disconnect the +ve lead for a min or 2 . Tracker will phone you unless you preempt it .

when you put the new battery in did they tell the power gateway module a new battery was fitted - if the previous battery was failing and you haven't told the car a new battery has been fitted you could get these issues Current Fleet:-
