There is an 8mm headed bolt hidden behind the inner fender splash guard... That sandwiches that panel |

super thanks - Pretty sure that's missing as i can pull the trim all the way off the car at the top - do you have a part number of picture of what it looks like?

That’s the point James, when the bolt is loose you can remove the panel sir...

Contact - thank you! have located the captive nut - 8mm headed bolt and penny washer confirmed missing on both sides.
