Another gearbox question / issue

Recently my TD6 has developed an annoying (and probably expensive) issue when pulling away.

When left overnight, the first time i put it in drive it takes a lot of revs and a bit of a delay before it will move. If I select reverse its fine.

Only does it when it's left 12+ hours, driving is fine after the initial pull away and if left in D at a junction / lights it is pushing against the brakes wanting to go.

Box oil and filter were changed with the correct oil a few months back and the level is fine, has been ok up until about a month ago. No fault codes either.

Any clues on what to look at / test next?
