First of all sorry for my rough English

I have a squeaking problem when I turn the steering wheel to the left.
It occurs mainly at low speed (3 to 20 mph) and only on the left.

Front brake pads and rear disc and pads were changed 3 months ago.

Any idea about this noise?

What Stan said and A few things to check, wheel bearing, they can squeal when in the early stage of failing... disc stone shield is bent and touches when turning, this is a common fault... brake pads can do it as well if the caliper is sticking... drive shaft CV joint can do it as well, check the boot to see if it's split...

Any garage should be able to find it for you with a jack up and wheel off etc...  Pete

Anti squeal shims in the calipers with the pads? coat the rear face of the pad and the shim with copper grease or ceramic grease to stick them together. BMW i3 Electric Car

I will try this solution to start.
I specify that it starts to happen after several miles... 2011 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 TDV8

I had a very similar thing occurred on my TDV8, I think it was as the caliper warmed up, clearances changed and squeal started. Many moons ago my dad had a Morris Marina that did it terribly and it took while to discorver copper grease on the back of the pad solved the problem. BMW i3 Electric Car

Let's hope that the copper grease was the beginning of a solution 2011 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 TDV8

Do not use copperslip on yours, you have aluminium calipers and it is not good for them, use the correct aluminium grease..  Pete

I use ceratec on my pads. Either Pagid or Textsr do it. Always seems to work ok. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
