Took the cluster apart (well a spare) and comes apart easy, but 30 SMDs just in the closet - and the new ones I bought don't have an obvious direction... doh! Current stable:

How are you getting on with this? Do you have the exact smd you used? My two needle leds have burnt out and looking on the sport forum this happens if they draw too much power through the tracks and burn them out ... not had it out yet but definitely plausible if they use twice as much power...
