The vehicle is due a service

I get this message at osh.landrover.com:

1 outstanding alerts for this vehicle
Our records show that this vehicle is due a service in 2 day(s). Please review your servicing history and contact your preferred Retailer for any action required.

My question is: due to the present situation, am I risking loss of warranty if I postpone the service? Also, there is no message in the dashboard, probably because I only drove 5000 km since april 2019 (when the car was bought).

They are likely just sending it based on time since the last service.

It depends what the warranty etc say - yours may be different to the UK

Hi I am new to the forum but am in the same situation. My 2nd service was booked (for tomorrow) but my local JLR dealer has now closed and cancelled the service appointment saying they would reschedule when they reopened. The only advise they gave regarding warranty was the JLR warranty phone number.
I have just called them and been informed that they are extending the usual 1months grace from service date to 2 months and 2K miles. Hope this helps

Regards
Ian

Finally managed to get the service done, it was about the renewal of oil & oil filter and the renewal of pollen filter. As I drove mainly in town & electric, the oil was pure after a year…
Interestingly, there is no warning in the car anymore, just on osh.landrover.com, so I’m wondering what does it happen if someone forgets to check the site…
Anyway, it was so depressing to get to the dealer where everything was dark and empty… Will we ever recover from this?
