Help, not unlocking via remote. Cannot switch off alarm .

Lads,
Went to move it, no response from both fobs, car has a new battery, was on the ctek a few days ago so all good. Where do I start ?

So managed to start with key held beside steering column. Stopped it and will neither lock nor unlock , I’ll fire in the IID, looks like this is my first issue in 2 years .

next step would be to replace the battery in the fob..make sure its a duracell, they seem to work best.. ... - .- -.

99% certain that if you disconnect the battery under the boot floor for 2 mins this will re set everything . Running a diagnostic scan probably won't reveal any faults , put the tracker into service mode first !

Standard fit one ? , log into your "in control " account and go to vehicle settings / remote / secure tracker . Turn of while you disconnect the battery .

Car too old for in control. Battery disco worked, have bokked into MD earliest appointment is 2 weeks out so will report back.
