The FBH itself is in the front under the battery, but the little pump that supplies the fuel to it is under the car near the tank at the rear. Thus you'll hear the clack clack at the rear.

The clicking of the FBH pump is normal.

As NMJ says, it certainly sounds as if it's working correctly, so why would you think of changing it?

I drove the RR for more than 20 miles today and found out that the noise indeed disappeared when engine was really warm
