Hi, did you figure out this thing? I have same issue, i got the oil change and I think that before the chage it was deeper inside. Thanks for response |

Very hard squeeze and wiggle and pull of the two recessed tabs all at the same time.

Or buy a vacuum pump and suck it out via the tube on top of engine. So much easier and cleaner.

Thank you. Managed to get the bottom plug thingy off and back on again. Hope it doesn't leak.
