Can I possibly have the thread split please admin as I would like to have the link preserved since I've sent it to various locations for review of the context by JLR etc???

Did JLR do the best thing for you the customer and deal with your repairs in a fair way regarding the issues you had initially with warranty and mot insurance?

Although this is an old initial post, I know exactly this feeling and sentiment, and only keep my current TDV8 Westminster as the missus keeps saying she want's us to keep it, even though I can't stand anyone who I have to rely on to do ANY work on it. I had a lovely Jag XK8, and after two years and so-called specialists lies and trying to rob us blind, I eventually hated the car because of it. The feeling is now getting to the same point with the RR... You simply can't trust anyone! MOT due in August - and it could be goodbye to luxury cars and cars I once used to love. |

I bought my first Range Rover in 2007 & I couldn’t get much assistance /traction from the local dealer & bought in Sussex. , I wrote to JLR /RR at the time suggesting they get a grip on their dealers , as they were the outlooking face of RR . I was also told it wasn’t their problem. The next two RR cars were also bought from dealers other than locally. That said fortunately the service department is good(most of the time ) Filters are in fact so good that in certain circumstances, when the ambient air is already polluted, a diesel car will tend to extract more particles from the air than it emits. Emissions Analytics worked with........etc etc He who dies with the most toys wins... |
