I would do 2 changes dropping the oil from the bottom connector on the sump., don’t bother with changing the filter on the first change, just loosen it off to let the oil drain down. Then change the filter on the second swap. that should flush the old oil out well enough imho.

No idea how it works in Holland, but if you have made a round trip of 4000 km after a documented and 'published' possible oil error then I doubt very much that the garage will in any way stump up for any subsequent rectification.

Not far - you're basically just diluting the wrong oil. A single change will leave a certain amount of residual wrong oil and once mixed with the new oil, a second change would remove the vast majority of that |

Pretty pointless discussion for the two of us to have but...I think that if they´ve put the wrong oil in to begin with and then, intentionally or not, lied about it instead of fixing it - why should I have to pay for the service? Specially as the effect will be me having to spend twice the money again doing double oil changes to rectify their mistakes? Makes little sense to me at least...
