Noticed smell of diesel at rear of car and checked underneath this morning. There is a split in one of the return pipes in the area of the near side rear air suspension bag. Looks like access might be difficult to replace the whole pipe ie getting to fuel tank end. Two questions 1. what's involved in replacing the whole pipe ie what needs to be stripped out to get decent access?
2. any thoughts about quick fixes eg cutting out a section and joining in a replacement pipe into the gap?
