The 4.4 in the L322 has a very good reliability record with regards to it's internals and turbo's. Likley many of the 3.6's that had engine failures are now not around as they are uneconomical to fix. If yours has had the EGR delete you 'should' be OK but I have no idea about the fail rate of the turbo's not due to egr issues apart from overspinning due to IC hose splits. 2012 TDV8 Vogue (L322)

Yer fingers crossed with the turbos, changing oil every 5K miles.
EGR delete, definately feels and sounds a little more 'fruity' for sure and probably breathing better.
If I do find nice L322 4.4 TDV8 I probably will go for it as long as its not daft ££

My 3.6 turbos went- but that was because of a poorly fitted oil filter leading to loss of oil pressure, I fixed it because even though it was expensive, that would give me another 180,000 miles of motoring so it’s economical for me as I could not get another trouble free 3.6 tdv8 for what it cost to repair mine 2009 (2010 MY) 5.0 Supercharged Autobiography
