Found something that doesn’t work on my new to me car!

Digital TV has no picture, DAB radio works a treat. Auto brings up no channels, can’t locate any with the manual search. Country is set to uk, format Pal B?

Did a search on here and someone had a similar problem, a new tv unit sorted it, however they mentioned a description of the wording in their unit that doesn’t match mine, mine says Hybrid for a start. Is this the correct one for watching digital tv in this country? If not, is there someone in the midlands area that wouldn’t mind a quick swap to see if the issue is with my
Unit?

That's the correct unit, I have a spare unit from my old FF with the same serial code and it worked perfectly on my FF. If your unit is fubar you can get a replacement from ebay, or you could PM me and I can sell you my spare unit.

Anyone know if the dab radio uses the same antenna as the digital TV? If so I know that’s not the issue as the dab radio works great

Maybe obvious, but try tuning in a different place before assuming an issue - sometimes it's just down to there being no signal where you are.

I swapped out the tuner module for a second hand item, and it's been perfect ever since - wife watches it all the time when we are in the car!

If you are going to get another unit, make sure you do get the exact right one, as there's various ones for other regions out there that don't work in the UK. Mine was technically a D4 one, which is the same physical unit but used the top rather than side mounting holes. A few mins work with a tap set, and it fitted straight in to the original mounting holes in the L322.

Mines a 2012

Must be a different system on the later ones. Mines a 2006 MY which I fitted the later hybrid tuner to temporarily a few weeks back but it didn't seem to add DAB. I need to make up some brackets to get it fitted in permanently.

you can only get DAB from 2010 onwards....there are aftermarket jobbys available. ... - .- -.
