Surely the CC must work with the vehicles main starting battery? Not the drive batteries.......

I believe that the PHEV has an electric heater matrix driven off the drive battery. For instance, it will heat the car in all-electric mode and you can preheat the car whilst plugged in without the engine firing or the drive battery depleting significantly.

Spoke to the Technical Query bit of Land Rover Assistance. They had no idea, so it is off to the dealer with it. |

its a shame you cant do a system restore back to before the update to see if it is the update at fault.. ... - .- -.

Yes, still like it. It works well under most circumstances. Unless you need to tow (and as long as you have somewhere to charge it), it is the best powertrain they offer currently, IMHO. |
