Ok so quick update after a couple of months of use. I have used this reasonably extensively and can say with confidence its grossly over engineered its solid, and very tank like.

I am not sure about a Sport. Its entirely possible that the sport and full fat share the same front end architecture. Perhaps someone on the forum can advise? I have never owned a sport so I am not best equipped to answer.

I should point out this is L405 not L322 I'm sure you can likely buy an off the shelf solution for the L322.. but not the L405 |

Hi Charles, awesome job!! How did you wire the winch? Did you just wire it to the jump terminals under the hood (I'm in the US) or did you run an additional set of heavy gauge wire back to the battery? |

Exactly that yes, directly to the jumpers. The cable used on the jump point is very heavy gauge wire and more than capable of dealing with the current from the winch.

Shipping and cost are the biggest issue. I priced up shipping to Australia for another forum member and it was over £400 because of the size and weight

Quite possibly yes. I will speak with the engineering company and see if they are able to make some speciality drawings that perhaps an engineer in Australia can follow |

That would be great I'm certain some guys in Australia (like https://www.aptfabrications.com.au) would be interested.
