Hi, this was the advice from the support:

“ We need to add a wire in the harness that gets plugged into the navigation unit.

We will be looking at the green wires in the harness and find the one connected to the red wire going toward the interface plug. The wire directly next to this wire is the wire we need to connect to.

So on the harness follow the red wire and see where it connects and follow it up to the plug and find the pin directly next to it (not above next to) it will be the second pin in from the corner, we will need to connect a wire to it and attach it to the wire labeled manual activation (WHITE WIRE ) on harness with the black 24 pin plug. This will provide the new power connection required for this vehicle.

you can send pictures here when you have made the connection so we can make sure it is correct.”

I also have to say that i needed to try my NAV with only the blue (gvif) cables connected to make sure that the navtool is not the problem.
