I’ve often had 2 cars but went back to 1 for a few years. Not long after getting my RR I decided to get another daily and I’m glad I have. Means the RR can get waxed and polished without moving and getting dirty.

There must be some simple principles to achieving the reliability they do.

Perhaps they just build them properly?
I have no experience of JLR manufacturing plants but seeing the way that they (don't) manage the sales and customer service side of the business I have no reason to think that the manufacturing side of things is any better controlled.

Nope. IID tool and the iPad. Not in the any rescue service but those voices say I should get it. Again never let me down but there is always that thought.......

Back up spare is my Freelander 2 although I tend to use both just to keep batteries topped up etc. Living out in a rural area with only 4 buses a day means having a spare car is an essential rather than a luxury
