2013 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.4SDV8

My RR has heated and cooled seats. The heated seat base does not seem to get warm when the heated seat is selected. The seat back gets warm but the seat bases do not. All lights are on and the controls seem to work. Anybody got an idea as to where to start looking?

However, if stuck with the UK - when you say all lights are on, I assume you mean that the base lights are on ? There are separate lights for the back & base - just thought I'd check the obvious first

By 'bases' do you have the same fault both sides ? That would seem particularly odd.

Funny enough I used to live in Brisbane Australia!

Neither seat base gets warm. When you select the heated seats and then select all zones, the lights on the display show the seat back and the seat base in Red (i.e. heated). I do not seem to be able to select just the seat base. My options are seat base and back or just seat back.
Hope that's a bit clearer.
