Water Swilling

Hello can any of you help? See the post below from a few years ago. I have the same problem but don't know where to drill the holes. CyberMrT posted the below.


Yay, fixed it, I'll tell you how if you give me �1000.....(same as dealer price). Laughing

Took my RR to the garage who said they'd spoken to another garage who'd fixed this before.

Under the lower windscreen finisher is metal box section running the entire width of the car.

We drilled one hole in this and out poured the water, see picture below.

I drove home with still a little water sloshing around.

I drilled a second hole on the other side just to make it easier for the water to run out.

A little more driving around and now the water has nearly all gone.

Give it a few more days and it will all be gone!

Bit worrying though how the water got in there though, and will it come back?
