Yet again suspension

Suspension problems yet again , i jacked the car up to check a couple of things , when i let it down and turned it round I noticed the suspension wasn't working, pinging on the dash saying inactive , but there are no red lights at all on the suspension dash . The rear is inflated but front is flat to the floor.

Check your front height sensors, either broken or reversed, or you exposed a hole in one of your airbags.... .

Reversing the height sensors is easily done after having the car fully jacked up. then the car doesnt kow whats going on a deactivate the suspension.

I've now checked the height sensors , they seem correct , I've disconnected the battery for an hour and half to see if things reset but they haven't , obviously fuses and relay checked .

Height sensor wiring issue on that side?. Is the pump working, can you hear any air escaping?.

I've had it when there's been an issue & the suspension lights all go out. Once you trace the issue, they will all come back on.

Still having problems with the suspension , I'm looking into a cheap fault reader so I can just clear it as that's all they do every time I take it into mechanics

I guess that you have tried the full left lock to right lock engine on dance, whilst whistling The Good Bad and Ugly?

Any money it’s the steering angle sensor at your age and mileage - you can change it fairly easily if you have small to medium hands Current stable:

for just reading and switching off codes, eBay bt reader under £10 and download Torque for free, codes are listed on the net.

no help with the suspension though.

Im trying to find what OBD tool will check and set the suspension

not sure anything cheap will do it, the only one I have seen is £50 quid on ebay and takes 60 seconds to clear EAS faults
